'0:13 Hi Jason, I drink a lot of coffee, and I found out there are even some days where I go over the recommended daily intake of caffeine (over 400mg). Could this have some negative impacts? 2:44 Jason, is splitting wood with a 12lb splitting maul a good full body workout? Recently I gained 25lbs in 2 months and according to the calipers was 14lbs lean mass and 11lbs fat. Is that acceptable or poor diet? (wADA banned but Legal things were used) 8:11 I\'ve heard that vertical jump (and athletic power in general) is largely fixed by genetics and can\'t be changed to a significant degree other than losing lots of weight (in the case of the vertical jump) or improving technique. Is this true? I\'ll say that it seems to be true for me. I\'ll hit a double bodyweight squat soon and I\'m still the same distance away from touching the rim as the day before I started training.
