'In this video we get Lee Priest to demonstrate the Lat Tower Option for the Barbarian Power Rack. The lat tower has either a 125kg weight stack, which is used in the video, or this a plate loaded version too. As you can see it is super smooth, and the resistance is 1:1 with no mechanical advantage.
