'Weekly Fitness Questions Answered by Jason Blaha: 0:14 Im weaker on weighted chinups than I used to be at lower bodyweight but im stronger on my all other lifts.Does it mean I gained fat or do chinups get harder with higher bodyweight even if you gained pure muscle mass?
