'JQ shoulder pump workout'

'JQ works shoulders out in garage gym. Each exercise was done for 3 sets with 8 reps each.  1.) Standing Barbell press 2.) Bent over dumbbell lateral raise 3.) Dumbbell lateral raise on incline bench 4.) Dumbbell front raise on incline bench 5.) Dumbbell raise on incline bench with arms 90 degrees 6.) Dumbbell lateral raise with body tilted to side 7.) Dumbbell shoulder press'
