'We love \"Tyre Flips\" because they are a functional fitness exercise. In your lower body they work your quadriceps, hamstrings, thighs, bottom and calf muscles. In your upper body they work your arms, chest and back. We do our Tyre flips at the buffalo field which is a wonderful picturesque location.
