'I\'m often asked how to do an interval training cardiovascular workout. This is how to program the Life Fitness treadmill to easily switch between your two speed during an interval based workout. Examples of interval based workouts are: 3:1 (90 seconds recovery speed:30 seconds fast speed) 2:1 (60 seconds recovery speed:30 seconds fast speed) 1:1 (30 seconds recovery speed:30 seconds fast speed)'
