'Fast fun workout, do it twice, once to learn it, twice to pack it a punch and burn some extra calories! I\'m joined by Javi and Jennifer, we visit some of our favorite Reggaeton, Merengue, Salsa, Bollywood songs and more! *Make sure your health, physical abilities and balance are sufficient to participate in heavy cardio, coordination, jumping and turning. Feel free to modify to non-impact moves as needed.'
