'MMA Fit - Ground + Pound Workout'

'Welcome to our first MMA Fit Video!  In our first episode Coach Roddy gives us a practice that will really put us through our paces with a Ground and Pound style fitness practice.  This workout is short and sharp at 4 mins and is based on a Tabata style workout with 20-seconds on and 10-second rest, so work for 20 and rest for 10...nice and easy!   Repeat this practice 3 or more times depending on your fitness levels to really get your heartrate going  Follow the video above for full instructions and details.
