'Can you make it all 5 rounds? Here is a little Cardio Challenge to mix up your aerobic work this week and see how deep in your pain cave you can go. Set the clock ⏰ for 4 minutes of work and 1 minute of rest. The goal in 4 minutes or less is to complete: 500M Row 30 Pushups 40 Bodyweight Squats You must complete all the Meters & Reps in less than 4 minutes. Rest for the remaining time in the four minute block plus the 1 set rest minute. That’s one ☝️ cycle. The goal is to see if you can complete 5 total cycles. Max 20 minutes of work time and 25 minutes overall time. If you don’t want to do all 5 rounds -You can throw just one 4 minute block into any circuit or use it as a finisher. Enjoy
