I\'m using the personal power plate which works at a frequency of 35hz to stimulate muscle reflex contractions at that same rate (35 times per second) using the \'low\' amplitude setting.  Work for 30 seconds per exercise, no rest between, 3-5 rounds with 60 seconds between rounds.
