'ACMC Premiere Fitness-8 Minute HIIT workout with Caroline'

'This HIIT workout, also known as a high-intensity interval training workout is 8 exercises that are done for 40 seconds with a rest of 20 seconds. Caroline goes through this one time, but this can be done 2-3 times for a full workout. In between sets, take a minute long break before starting the exercises again. This type of workout is meant to use short bursts of energy, with little rest in between to maximize the calories burn in a quick, but effective workout!'
